Ruby Rinker’s Billionaire Row Estate Sold for $23.5 Million

Ruby Rinker’s ocean-to-lake estate on Billionaire’s Row in Palm Beach has just sold for $23.5 million in a private deal, making it the largest single residential sale in Palm Beach in the last year.

According to records, the estate was sold on May 29 and the buyer is listed as a land trust named after the address of the property. The estate, located on the stretch of South Ocean Boulevard known as Billionaire’s Row, sits on 2.66 acres of land and features seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, a two-bedroom outbuilding and a tennis court. The home was built in 1971 and has almost 12,230 square feet of living space, inside and out.

A longtime Palm Beacher and very active member of the social scene in the community, Rinker organizes fundraisers for numerous charitable organizations and owns a number of other properties in the county. She purchased the home in 1999 for $7.45 million.
