Italian luxury label Bottega Veneta has opened its largest flagship store in Shanghai. The brand currently has three other flagships in the bustling city but this one is the largest yet in China.

Sprawling across two floors, the new flagship features suede walls, palm wood and steel interiors, mohair embellished furniture and natural matte tones with accents of brown and tan. As part of the PPR group, Bottega Veneta’s new store is located within Yifeng Galleria shopping center in Bund, a famous area that is known as the historic quarter of the city.

On the first level you will find Bottega Veneta products, including luggage, accessories, handbags, men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, eyewear and small leather goods. The 2,300-square-foot second floor, however, is completely dedicated to art, in particular non-commercial exhibition of young, independent Chinese artists curated by Chinese art expert Gu Sheng. This store is the brand’s first to have a space completely dedicated to art.
