Benefit and Concert with Anita Baker for Stern Grove Festival

On June 24 The Family Stone and Glide Ensemble will host a benefit and concert in San Francisco for Stern Grove Festival, which is celebrating it’s 75^th year, with special guest and multiple Grammy winner Anita Baker.

To celebrate the opening day of the 75^th Season, Stern Grove Festival will host The Big Picnic on June 24. The party starts at 11:30 a.m. with a private catered fundraising event in the West Meadow followed by a concert at 2 p.m., which is free and open to the public. The concert will begin with the Glide Ensemble performing a blend of gospel, jazz, blues, pop and soul followed by the Family Stone performing their signature funk-infused sound.

To close the Big Picnic, multiple Grammy-award winning artist Anita Baker will perform.

The event will take place at Stern Grove on 19^th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard in San Francisco.
