Dubbed Britain’s most expensive garage space, a six meter double garage located in the prestigious Knightsbridge neighborhood of London is priced at £525,000.

Located on a tiny back street close to high-end department store Harrods, the garage is on Rysbrack Street. The coveted space was recently put on the market with the highest price tag ever for a garage by estate agency WA Ellis. Measuring 6.4 meters wide and 4.75 meters deep, the garage space is extremely rare for its location.

Robert Lewis, an associate at WA Ellis said, “We anticipate interest from those already living within a two or three minute walk of the garage. For example, the large houses on Walton Place where there is no off-street parking.”
