iStar Residential Debuts Luxe Ocean House Project With Exclusive Housewarming Celebration

Miami Beach’s newest private beachfront residence in the South of Fifth neighborhood recently made its debut with an exclusive housewarming celebration, with more than 450 guests in attendance. Designer Alison Antrobus included history-infused furniture and furnishings along with a neutral color palette which created a comforting and relaxing environment for the home.

Upon arrival, guests took a tour of the property where they were able to watch classic films in the screening room, pose for a sketch artist in the living room, learn tricks from a pool shark in the billiards room, relax with mini-treatments in the spa, and snack on hors d’oeuvres which were created uniquely to complement each experience. After the tour, guests relaxed in plush cabanas and mingled on the beachside pool deck, where they enjoyed beats by DJ Irie.

Guests were also able to visit Artefacto and Steven G-designed model homes, which are two of Ocean House’s 18 sprawling beachfront residences. At the 4,654-square-foot Artefacto residence, models showcased runway looks styled by Katharine Rubino of Neiman Marcus Coral Gables, while guests noshed on decadent hors d’oeuvres by Bianca. At the Steven G residence, there were presentations of resort wear and swimwear by BiKa and Peixoto as well as delicious satays from Philippe Chow Miami.
