AJ Black to Prepare Special Il Tesoro Memorial Day Weekend Lobster Feast
Il Tesoro, an innovative “new classic” Italian restaurant curated by esteem chef and restaurateur A.J. Black is preparing a special Memorial Day feast through the holiday weekend from Saturday to Monday. The feast will consist of a variety of lobster dishes including the Lobster Agro – Dolce (Sicilian rosemary sweet and sour sauce flash fried Lobster over tomato and red onion salad), the Capellini all’ Astice (Capellini Pasta with 1 lb Lobster white wine garlic and fresh tomato) and the Lobster Amore (Lobster tail with brown butter and sage with Filet Mignon).
Chef Black’s a la carte spring menu will also be available. To all Veterans, Chef Black will give a 20% discount as a special thank you.
