Star Island Estate owned by Rosie O’Donnell Listed for $19.5 Mil

After recently selling a newly acquired townhouse, Rosie O’Donnell is back at the real estate game. Her Star Island mansion, located in Miami Beach, Florida, is listed for $19.5 million.

O’Donnell purchased the property in March 1999 for $6.75 million. The property, which spans just over one acre, features a beach with a private boat dock. The listing includes an 11,104-square-foot mansion and two separate private guesthouses.

One of the bedrooms in the manse has been labeled as a ‘vast’ master suite, complete with private office, fireplace, waterside terrace and sitting room. In all, the property includes 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms.

While O’Donnell has the lowest priced property on Star Island, at least five of her neighbors have their properties on the market as well. Pricing ranges from $19.9 million to $35 million. Other residents of the island include Tommy Mottola, Gloria Estefan, Sean “P Diddy” Combs, Donald J. Pliner and Thomas Kramer.
