Sheraton Macau Hotel Prepares for Debut as Largest Hotel in Asia

With as many as 3863 rooms, the Sheraton Macau Hotel is set to be the largest hotel in Asia. Expected to open in September 2012, the hotel will be an integral part of a resort complex in the city located nearby to shopping and dining centers.

Featuring two towers with guest rooms and suites, the Sheraton Macau Hotel includes a signature Sheraton Club and a Sheraton Fitness Center in addition to an internet center dubbed Link@Sheraton. There will also be a world-class spa, three large swimming pools, a play area for children and fine dining options such as the Zin Asian seafood restaurant, which will open in April to allow guests to preview the Sheraton Macau Hotel. Once the hotel opens there will be additional dining options as well, including Bene (an Italian restaurant), Feast (an all-day dining restaurant), the oasis themed lobby lounge, roof lounge and poolside cafes.

Rooms will include Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds, wireless High Speed Internet Access and 42” flat screen TVs. Business travelers will also have access to 20,000 square meters of meeting space including the Kashgar Grand Ballroom and six junior ballrooms.
