Haute Fashion Daily: Burberry’s Grand Opening of Largest Store in Asia Pacific
British luxury fashion brand Burberry held a grand opening for their new store in Taipei, which is also their largest store in Asia Pacific, on April 26. The ‘360 immersive experience’ included an eight-part 360-degree film, a live musical performance and even virtual rain.
To celebrate the launch of Burberry World Live, a tribute to the brand’s longstanding heritage that will also make stops in Hong Kong, London and Chicago, Burberry’s latest opening in Taipei featured Taiwanese stars like singer and actress Jolin Tsai, a digital weather experience, an eight part 360-degree film, a live music performance and virtual invites to Burberry’s Facebook fans before, during and after the event.
