Haute Event: Chromeo Debuts Their Residency at Pure Nightclub

On Friday night, electro-funk duo Chromeo debuted the first date of their residency to a sold-out crowd at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace. As their first nightclub residency in Las Vegas, Chromeo played a special set showcasing their uniquely assembled songs and rare talent.

P-Thugg (Patrick Gemayel) and Dave 1 (David Macklovitch) manned the decks as loyal followers surrounded the dance floor in front of the DJ booth. The dynamic pair played an eclectic 90-minute show. Keeping the energy high, Chromeo played a combination of their hits such as “Hot Mess,” “I’m Not Contagious,” “Night By Night” and also threw in remixes by other electronic artists including Dave 1’s brother and fellow DJ, A-Trak’s “Big Bad Wolf.”

Chromeo finished their show with a powerful ending leaving fans wanting more. P-Thugg and Dave 1 spent the rest of the night at their VIP table, drinking, partying and mingling with fans.
