Hollywood actress Charlize Theron has donated numerous of her high-end dresses to a Charity Buzz auction in order to help raise money for her charity, the Charlize Theron African Outreach Project.

The ‘Monster’ star donated a number of dresses, including a black Versace dress, which she wore to an awards ceremony, and a purple Lanvin dress that she wore during the Cannes Film Festival in 2004. The Lanvin dress currently has a bid of $200.

Theron, 36, is a native South African and she co-founded the Charlize Theron African Outreach Project in 2007 in an effort to help keep the African youth safe from HIV/AIDS. The organization also supports community-engaged organizations that address the key drives of the disease. Over the past four years they have helped more than 50,000 kids receive life saving health education and services.
