Haute Couture: Bar Refaeli is New Face of Piaget Rose Collection 2012

International super model Bar Refaeli has been named the fresh face of the 2012 Piaget Rose Collection, which will launch this spring.
Images of the Israeli model wearing pieces from the Piaget Rose collection have emerged and picture Refaeli with stunning watches, cuffs, necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets. One of the watches she is shown wearing is a show-stopping piece that is shaped like a bracelet but has the dial hidden with bejeweled roses that show the time when opened. Known as the Piaget Rose Limelight Garden Party Secret Watches, the Piaget 56P movement features white gold set with diamonds. The Limelight Garden Party ring is made from white gold and includes 158 brilliant-cut diamonds and a large pink sapphire of 4.51 carats.
“I have always been in love with roses, fascinated by the work done by breeders, whose imagination is matched by their absolute discipline,” said Yves Piaget. “In 1982 when the rose peony was christened the Yves Piaget rose, it was an extremely emotional moment for me.”
