Christie’s Auction to Feature Lily Safra Jewelry Collection

An upcoming auction from Christie’s Auction will feature some of the jewelry collection of Lily Safra in one of the largest single owner collections of jewels by JAR. Taking place on May 14, the auction will include a ruby and diamond camellia flower brooch.

Taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva, the auction’s benefits will go to twenty institutions. Christie’s has been entrusted with the sale of some of the most exclusive jewels from Lily Safra’s personal collection, including twenty lots with the luxury collection that is estimated to fetch more than $20 million. Rubies, diamonds, sapphires, antiques and period jewels will be included in the lots.

Lily Safra is widely regarded as a major philanthropist and a connoisseur of some of the finest jewelry in the world. The collection includes pieces from the 70s through present day.
