‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ Brownstone Sold for $5.97 Million
The house that served as the façade for the home of Audrey Hepburn’s character, Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s was sold for $5.97 million. The Manhattan brownstone townhouse of interest is located at 169 East 71st Street and was listed last year in December for $5.85 million. According to The New York Obsercer, the house was sold by former Merrill Lynch broker Peter E. Bacanovic and was bought by a company incorporated in Cyprus, called Costalea Holdings Limited.
