Iconic singer and actress Whitney Houston passed away suddenly last weekend and her New Jersey home is now listed on the market as a private listing for $1.75 million.

Previously listed in 2009 for $2.5 million, the home has been on and off the market for a few years, but with the tragic passing of Whitney Houston last weekend, the home is now back on the market for $1.75 million.

The contemporary 12,600-square-foot home, which was featured on the Bravo reality television show Being Bobby Brown, features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, tile floors, large windows, curved walls and tall ceilings.

The home is currently being shown to pre-approved buyers who have $1.5 million in liquid assets.
