Train Announces Six-Show Tour in San Francisco

Music band Train have just announced that they will be kicking off a “San Francisco Tour 2012,” starting at a small stage in Café Du Nord on April 10 and finishing at the Fillmore on April 15.

Three-time Grammy winners Train are keeping busy with a new album, California 37, about to drop and even their own wine label called “Save Me, San Francisco Wine Co.” To continue to honor San Francisco, the group has decided to treat their fans to a special six-show concert in through the city during April.

Beginning on April 10 at Café Du Nord, Train will also play at Great American Music Hall (April 11), Bimbo’s (April 12), Slim’s (April 13), The Independent (April 14) and finally at the Fillmore (April 15).

Train is well known for catchy songs like “Drops of Jupiter,” “Hey Soul Sister,” “Calling All Angels” and “Save me, San Francisco.” The band also sang the national anthem during the Daytona 500 this year.
