Ryan Reynolds’ Wong House on the Market
Ryan Reynolds just listed his home in Los Feliz, California for $3.65 million. Previously lived in by Reynolds and his then-wife Scarlett Johansson, the 1969 Buff & Hensman-designed home features walls made of glass to emphasize the stunning view of downtown Los Angeles, as well as the ocean.
Restored and upgraded during their ownership, the two-bedroom, three-bath home is now solar powered. The master suite opens to a private garden, and the half-acre site houses a manicured lawn, deck and saltwater swimming pool. Two rooms that were originally bedrooms have been converted to a library and a private office.
Reynolds and Johansson bought the house for 4$2.9 million in 2010.
