The Studio at Lincoln Center was packed with people–including Giovanna Battaglia, Anna Dello Russo and Bill Cunningham–wearing their favorite printed J.Crew pants and Schoolboy blazers at the fall presentation on Tuesday. Once again, J.Crew used its famous mix-and-match style to combine color, texture and prints for the fall collection. And what a collection it was.

A pale pink blazer was worn with a tissue turtleneck and matching pants, while a red and blue Fair Isle sweater was worn tucked into a python print skirt. A black and white striped top was tucked into a black sequin pencil skirt black cropped pants were paired with a pink tweed blazer. Also incorporated were J.Crew’s printed pants, such as a pair embellished with mini sequin bows.

The men’s collection also included new items for fall, such as a pair of dark purple chinos. Chambray, plaid and stripes were paired with denim for the famous J.Crew layered look.
