Introducing S.T.A.Y. Sunday Brunch at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing

Indulge in blissful moments and endless memories with family and friends during the S.T.A.Y. brunch at the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing. Beginning the fourth of March, the hotel’s acclaimed French restaurant S.T.A.Y will present guests with a prix fixe brunch menu, designed around their new “nature concept.”

This motif will incorporate the natural themes of health, the sea, and the earth. Some of the menu’s highlights will include Angus Beef Tartar, Sea Urchin Scrambled Eggs and Egg White and Black Truffle Omelet.

Let the kids enjoy the weekend playroom while the adults continue to enjoy the afternoon with a selection of free flow Louis Roderer champagnes. Brunch will be available every Sunday from 11am to 4pm, starting March 4.
