Exes Katy Perry and Russell Brand List Tribeca Penthouse
Couple-no-longer Katy Perry and Russell Brand listed their Tribeca penthouse for $2.75 million. The pair purchased the digs just 18 months ago, according to the New York Post. Curbed.com released photos (above) of the 1,500-square-foot duplex from the penthouse’s listing with Prudential Douglas Elliman.
The penthouse boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, heated bathroom floors, a cherrywood staircase, high ceilings, “very downtown” exposed beams, and a large terrace with panoramic views of the city. The defunct couple bought the unit at $2.75 million and have put it on the market for the exact same price.
