Event Recap: The Sixth Annual Stars of Design Awards at DCOTA

Clodagh, Chad Oppenheim, Jennifer Post, Franco Pianegonda, DJ Hay, Kiran Shiva Akal, Iran Issa Khan and Henry Richardson are some of the names honored at the Sixth Annual Stars of Design Awards hosted at the Design Center of the Americas.

Following the ceremony, the 350 attendees were invited into a reception by a 13-feet-tall stilt-walker, a candy walker and a performer encased in a gigantic clear balloon. The award winners and guests enjoyed beverages courtesy of 42 Below, Alacrán Tequila, Mandarine Napoléon, and Société Perrier.
