The Scene :: NBC Universal Golden Globes After-Party

News | January 24, 2012

On Jan. 15, NBC Universal played host to its 69th Annual Golden Globes after-party on the rooftop of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, a luxe event that brought together stars from cinema and television. Funny girls Tina Fey and Amy Poehler chatted alongside Bridesmaids star Maya Rudolph, who looked stunning in a textured black David Meister Signature gown. Other notable guests included last year’s Best Actor winner Colin Firth, Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Celebrities noshed on sushi and roast beef underneath the very chic and avant-garde tented rooftop. The fête was co-sponsored by Chrysler and Hilton.

Guests hit the dance floor to the beats of MC Lyte and a live performance from British singer Janelle Monáe. The Tightrope singer wore her signature black tuxedo while hypnotizing the crowd with her soulful voice.
