kibō, Gramercy’s new modern Japanese restaurant and lounge is re-introducing “Kanpai” (meaning cheers! in Japanese) to Mondays.
From 6-8pm each week, the upscale eatery will host complimentary Sake tasting in the chic bar area.
This Monday Jan 16th, kibō will be sampling:
- Akitabare suirakuten “heaven of tipsy delight”
- Dewazakura Nama Genshu (undiluted sake)
- Masumi Okuden “mirror of truth”
The event is open to all sake lovers, who are welcome to stay for robata, ramen, and sushi while learning all about the Japanese rice-based beverage.
