Haute Estate: Rihanna Sells Beverly Crest Home for $5.03 Million

Superstar singer Rihanna has finally unloaded her troublesome eight-bedroom home in Beverly Crest, selling it on December 30 for a reported $5.03 million.

The home was only up for sale for two months when the mega star finalized the sale on her Beverly Crest home. Rihanna purchased the home in 2009 for $6.9 million, however in January 2010 she began having serious problems with leakage. According to the home’s listing, it was a “major fixer with extensive water intrusion from roof windows, doors and balconies.” The listing also sited extensive damage from moisture and water intrusion. Rihanna eventually sued the former owners, who had reportedly remodeled the home in 2007 and 2008, and the lawsuit also claimed she overpaid for the home.

The home, which sits on more than eight-tenths of an acre, features eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a pool.
