Haute 100ers Beyoncé and Jay-Z Welcome Baby Girl

Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z are officially “Mommy and Daddy”. The power couple and New York Haute 100 listers welcomed baby girl, named Blue Ivy Carter, at Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side last night.

According to reports, the singing sensation gave birth in style. A luxurious suite was set up for her— following renovations of a dozen rooms and a nursing station for the duo. The extra measures hardly end there; private security guards were reportedly omnipresent on the hospital’s fourth-floor last night, as the couple’s presence set the hospital abuzz with excitement. ABC News reported that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent out the suite.

The couple has not yet released an official statement.
