Dolce & Gabbana to Launch Men’s Sport Fragrance

Italian luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana are gearing up to launch their first men’s sport fragrance, The One Sport.

The latest project to come from Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana is The One Sport – their newest men’s sport fragrance that is lighter and fresher with aquatic and rosemary top notes with a base of patchouli and musk.

The original The One for men launched in 2008 followed by The One Gentleman in 2010. The One Sport is designed for active sportsmen and “dynamic modern gladiators” who enjoy outdoor activities. The fragrance represents the first sporty scent from Dolce & Gabbana.

Gabbana says the inspiration for the creation was that “we have friends that go to the gym. They are each very different from one another, but they all enjoying going to the gym for themselves, to feel good about themselves. As the Latin’s said, ‘Mens sana in corpore sano (a sound mind in a healthy body, in English)’.”

The bottle for The One Sport retains the simple forms of its predecessors, designed to be sporty yet still luxurious. The fragrance is available in 30, 50 and 100 ml.
