Chris Paul is on the Move
Los Angeles Clippers star Chris Paul has decided to spend some of his $68 million—per his yearly contract—in the purchase of Avril Lavigne’s now former home.
The eight-bedroom, ten-and-a-half bathroom home is a 12,184-square-foot palace in the private community of Bel Air Crest. Paul’s new property also features a 10-car garage.
Originally listed for $9.5 million, Paul got a nice deal when he purchased it for $8.5 million. Before it was Lavigne’s, Travis Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler gave the world a glimpse of this spectacular home when it was featured on their MTV reality show.
