Mad Men Creator Matthew Weiner Lists Fairfax Home for $1.8 Million

News | December 2, 2011

Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner and his architect wife, Linda Brettler, have listed their 1930s Spanish Colonial home in Fairfax for $1.8 million.

The couple purchased the home in 1997 for just $492,000 and a recent New York Times article highlighted the Spanish Colonial in a piece where Weiner admitted to hiding scripts around the house and being a self-admitted neat freak. The home sits on an unpretentious street in the Fairfax district and has four bedrooms, four  bathrooms, a dining room and a pool.

The asking price is $1.8 million, however you can also lease the home for $6,200 per month.
