Holiday Dining: To-Go Menus and New Year’s Eve at Border Grill

News | December 22, 2011

If you don’t want the hassle of cooking for Christmas, call up Border Grill at Mandalay Bay to do the cooking for you. Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and Food Network’s “Too Hot Tamales,” can help you order dishes such as green corn tamales, plantain empanadas, bacon-wrapped dates, quinoa fritters, Border guacamole and Mexican chocolate cream pie all with 48 hours notice.

For New Year’s Eve, order a three-course menu for $49. Highlights include roasted beet and Spanish goat cheese fritter salad, East meets West Coast oyster platter, negra modelo Kobe beef short ribs, blood orange chipotle glazed quail, pan-seared diver scallops and the infamous tower of churros. Not appealing to you? You can still order a la carte and regular dinner items.

While you’re at Border Grill, sign up for the Border Grill Las Vegas VIP Club and get a free glass of sparkling wine with purchase of three-course dinner or a la carte entrée.

Border Grill is located at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. S. For reservations, call 702-632-7403.
