sbe Restaurant Group’s latest addition to West Hollywood is an Italian eatery, marketplace and bar- featuring fine fare from Chef Danny Elmaleh. With city sophistication and just enough cool, the two-story space is designed as a “market of glass” connected by a glass floor-to-ceiling wine case and includes four kitchens- for antipasti, cheese and charcuterie that is lined with bar seats, an open kitchen that includes a wood-burning oven for pizza and a homemade pasta area. The vast space also houses a cocktail kitchen featuring house-made syrups and boutique spirits and a restaurant kitchen which creates dishes using imported ingredients, authentic techniques and artisan influences.
