Vinatta Project Opens in Florent’s Old Space

News | November 28, 2011

Vinatta Project—a wine bar and small plates restaurant—opened in the old Florent space last week.  The past two restaurants to succeed Florent have not faired well, so hopefully three’s a charm for Vinatta Project.  The space containes a long bar, high top tables, and a wall of enomatic wine machines in the front of the room, and tufted leather banquettes in the back.

The cocktail menu was developed by the mixologist from Mulberry Project.  Small plate menu samples include tacos and a mac’n’cheese tasting.
