Sherbourne to Start Serving on Thursday
Sherbourne, the sleek-meets-earthy restaurant from Guy Stakman and Darren Dzienciol of The Beverly and Trousdale, will open on Thursday. The indoor/outdoor restaurant designed by John Sofio of Built, Inc. features reclaimed wood, suspended light bulbs and plush, plush tufted booths, and an actual tree in the middle of the dining room.
In terms of food and drink; the organic, natural feel continues seamlessly to the menu which will feature simple comfort food and fresh fruit elixirs. Menu items include crab cakes, tuna tartare, steak, and truffled pasta with chicken.
