SambaHour at SushiSamba
The ever popular Sushi Samba is going into their second month of their ever popular Samba HOUR. This month will be an ode to Japan celebrating its food and culture. Every Sunday through Thursday from 4-7 pm at Sushi Samba will showcase their Japanese cuisine including drinks.
Menu items will include:
FOOD
West & East Coast Oysters
East Coast Oysters – sansho pepper mignonette
Scallop Usuzukuri – truffle oil, yuzu juice, sea salt
Wagyu Gyoza – kabocha purée, su-shoyo dipping sauce
Market Vegetables Tempura – black truffle aioli
Chicken Thigh Kushiyaki – sesame seed and scallion
Salmon Gunkan – ikura and cilantro
Japan Roll – grilled salmon, salmon skin, shiso, cucumber, butter lettuce, tartar sauce
BEVERAGE
$5 Japanese Beer – Asahi
Select Sake by the Glass – Tomio, Tokubetsu Junmai
$6 Sultry Saki Chu-tini – shochu, sparkling sake, fresh lychee purée fresh mango purée
$6 Spicy Ginger Chu-tini – shochu, Bacardi Razz, guava, fresh lime juice, fresh ginger, sugar
Sake Flights –Tomio, Tokubetsu Junmai – Masumi, Junmai Ginjo – Silk “Special,” Junmai
There will also be surprise entertainment at the restaurant for SambaHour.
