Jennifer Aniston Buys Gramercy Park Apartment for $9 Million
Jennifer Aniston just sprung for her third New York apartment this year. $9 million dollars later, the celeb is the new owner of a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half Gramercy Park apartment. The expansive 2,873 square-foot unit is on the ninth floor of 50 Gramercy Park, in same building as Paolo Zampolli.
During the spring, she purchased (for significantly less money than in this case) two apartments in the West Village.
Aniston currently shares her space with boyfriend Justin Theroux. In true fashion of rumors surrounding Aniston, sources speculate the couple wanted to find a larger space to accommodate their future family members.
