Haute Event: Launch Party For The Launch of BrickellHouse At Meat Market

On October 17, 2011, over a hundred of Miami’s top real estate and business professionals gathered at Miami hot spot Meat Market to get the first look at BrickellHouse, the newest and first luxury condo to hit the Downtown Miami market since 2008. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as developer Harvey Hernandez of Newgard Development Group and Alicia Cervera Lamadrid of Cervera Real Estate, the brokerage firm charged with selling the tower’s units, unveiled photo renderings of the highly-anticipated BrickellHouse – which is expected to bring a new level of sophistication to urban living in Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

BrickellHouse,becomes the first newly-conceived condominium project to launch since 2008, reflecting the rising demand for urban living in South Florida and fast-improving market dynamics in Downtown Miami. Development of the $170 million project, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive, will begin with a groundbreaking in the second quarter of 2012 – with construction expected to be completed within two years.

BrickellHouse is comprised of 374 residential units ranging from studios, 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom units to 5,000 square foot, exclusive penthouses. Residences will feature expansive private balconies offering views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell Financial District, gourmet kitchens and bathrooms with imported European cabinetry, and premium appliances and finishes. Pre-construction prices range from under $200,000 to magnificent penthouses, with prices available upon request. BrickellHouse will include street-level office, restaurant and retail space intended to enhance the neighborhood’s pedestrian experience. Among the earliest retail tenants is Meat Market Steakhouse.

Additional building features will include Brickell’s first rooftop sky deck and pool on the tower’s 46th floor, state of the art health spa and fitness center, high-definition screening room, private owner’s lounge, high-speed elevators, and wireless internet throughout all common areas. The addition of one of the nation’s first fully automated robotic parking garages will yield significant convenience and security, as well as environmental benefits, including greatly reducing the building’s carbon footprint. BrickellHouse is being designed to achieve LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
