Fashion, News | November 28, 2011

Italian fashion house Prada has teamed up with LG Electronics to create a haute new accessory for the new year. Haute Living looks at the upcoming Prada phone by LG 3.0.

Set to be released in early 2012, the Prada phone by LG 3.0 is the third version of the luxury accessory to be released. The first collaboration between the two companies dates back to 2006 when the LG 1.0 for Prada was released. It is no part of New York City’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Shanghai.

The second version, 2.0 offered a unique watch with Link technology, giving access to features like caller ID, SMS text message, call history, call block and two-way alarm notification.

The LG 3.0 version is expected to resemble the Prada K2 / P940 phone and will supposedly feature Android 2.3, a 4.3-inch display and 21 Mbps HSPA+ speeds in a 9mm thin frame.
