Long Lines Form in Anticipation of Hollywood’s Chick-fil-A Opening

News | September 22, 2011

Long lines began to form yesterday at 6 a.m. in Hollywood as dozens of Chick-fil-A fans lined up outside the new location in hopes of winning the company’s promised free Chick-fil-A for one year, reportedly worth $26,000.

Diners came from around the country to wait in line one day before the much-anticipated Sunset and Highland Chick-fil-A outpost officially opens its doors today. The first 100 customers in line at the restaurant received free Chick-fil-A for a year and fans were allowed to begin lining up as early as 6 a.m. yesterday. The restaurant provided food and a DJ to keep customer’s happy while they waited in line.

The Hollywood location opened its doors to the general public today.
