Lisa Vanderpump Sells Beverly Hills Mansion for $19 Million

Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd have sold their 17,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion for $19 million.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump and her restaurateur husband, Ken, have just sold their gated home. The British couple’s estate features a porte-cochere, seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a wine cellar with tasting room, two offices, billiards rooms, impeccably manicured grounds and gardens, a swimming pool, a tennis court, meandering paths and more.
The gated home is located at 50 Beverly Park Way in the guard-gated Beverly Park neighborhood.
The couple originally listed their home for $29 million back in December of 2010. It is being reported that the reason they sold the beautiful home is because they wanted to downsize and they reportedly just purchased a 10,000-square-foot home also in Beverly Hills for around $12 million.
