Jay Leno’s Garage Welcomes a Pagani Huayra

News | September 15, 2011

Jay Leno loves cars, but more specifically he loves cars that are one man’s vision. Leno recently welcomed Horatio Pagani to his garage to speak about the Pagani Huayra.

Comedian and late night talk show host Jay Leno welcomed Horatio Pagani, founder of Pagani Automobili, into his garage this week to discuss the brand new Huayra. Leno acknowledges the rare attention to detail, workmanship and craftsmanship that is involved in the making of a Huayra and says that is really what sets this automobile apart.

The Huayra’s development began seven years ago and the inspiration for the car was to do something different but still with the Pagani family feeling. While the Zonda was inspired by Le Mans racing cars, the Huayra draws its inspiration from the moment an airplane leaves the tarmac and begins to take flight. The aeronautical inspiration is evident in both the power of the car and then elegant design.

Inside the car, immaculate leather, bare aluminum and carbon fiber surround the driver and passenger.
