Fashionable Glimpse at London’s East End

Often people associate London’s Fashion Week with the West End area of the city, but travel slightly east and you’ll probably catch a glimpse of the city’s stylish movers and shakers holed up in an equally impressive London hotel.

Though the suggested list of hotels on London Fashion Week’s official website is jam packed with West End hotels, you may be surprise to find out that the fashion kings and queens don’t solely congregate in Knightsbridge and May Fair.

Head East and you’ll probably run into plenty of well-heeled individuals scouring the city for the next best thing in fashion. For instance, the members only Shoreditch House often brings in an attractive, bespectacled group of graphic designers. Next-door Pizza East is where non-members can stop in for a drink and people watch for the evening.

The Boundary Hotel (pictured) is another great East End spot that is just around the corner fro Shoreditch House. It features a rooftop bar with cocktails and a less “busy vibe” than the West End hotels. It was once named the most stylish hotel in Europe and it attracts an equally stylish clientele.

Finally, the Town Hall and Apartments recently hosted TEST: presents fashion film screenings and it has generated quite a buzz for the recent opening of The Corner Room restaurant. With glowing reviews and strict no-reservation policy, this is quickly becoming a East End hotspot you can’t miss.
