Watch The Throne Rolex Appears on Tumblr
Last week’s highly anticipated release of Watch The Throne by hip-hop moguls Kanye West and Jay-Z is the most talk about album the music industry has seen in year and now a spectacular Rolex in celebration of the album release has been spotted.
The watch picture, which was posted on July 15th, appeared on the Tumblr account of Kanye West’s art director Virgil Abloh. The timepiece has a special engraving that says, “W.T.T” on the caseback with “From Kanye and Jay” below.
The Watch The Throne album is well on its way to selling half a million copies just in the first week alone and is full of watch references, making the appearance of this Rolex quite appropriate.
The watch appears to be a Rolex GMT II with ceramic bezel and the engraving allegedly from Kanye and Jay-Z is sure to up the value of the already luxurious watch.
