Vera Wang Buys Contemporary Beverly Hills Home

News | August 16, 2011

World-renowned fashion designer Vera Wang has purchased a beautiful contemporary mansion in Beverly Hills, California, for approximately $10 million.

Originally listed in March for $10.9 million, Wang purchased the home through a limited-liability company and has been seen spending more time in Los Angeles, which may have been the prompt for the luxury West Coast purchase.

The designer’s new home is a midcentury-modern mansion that was completely renovated and includes four bedrooms, a home theater, a pool, a spa and stunning walls of glass.

Wang purchased the home from a fellow designer and real estate investor, Steven Hermann. He bought the property in 2008 for $5 million and reports he spent approximately $3 million on the luxurious renovations.
