The Berkeley Secret Garden Debuts in Knightsbridge

Nestled on a quiet roof-top in the middle of bustling Knightsbridge, The Berkeley Health Club & Spa has been transformed into a secret rooftop garden, bringing countryside flair to one of London’s most celebrated hideaways. Through September, The Berkeley’s sun terrace will be transformed by award winning florist McQueens to resemble the traditional idyllic British countryside.

The Berkeley has partnered with renowned British skincare brand Green & Spring to offer guests an exclusive Green & Spring Cottage, a spa treatment room that has been redesigned with Green & Spring influences for the summer months. Guests can choose from a selection of Green & Spring treatments that use the skincare brand’s own products which are made with herbs and flowers native to the British countryside. Signature treatments range from a 30 minute soothing and skin-clarifying mini facial to the incredible ‘Green & Spring Indulgence,’ 90 minute treatment which taps into nature’s rich pharmacy to indulge not only the senses but the body using lavender, oats and lemon balm. The treatments are made complete with some downtime on a deck chair in the roof-top garden.The special picnic menu offered in the secret rooftop garden includes British summer favorites such as home-made lemon iced tea and wild strawberries and cream, reminiscent of the picnics enjoyed in the gardens of Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds.
