Oscar de la Renta Resort Collection Fashion Show and Luncheon in Lake Tahoe

Saks Fifth Avenue and The League to Save Lake Tahoe present the annual luncheon and fashion show featuring the Oscar de la Renta Resort 2012 Collection at in Lake Tahoe on Saturday August 6th.

Now in its 42^st year, the tradition goes back to the late sixties, when designer Bill Blass started showing his collection to a few loyal clients and friends at Lake Tahoe.  Since then, it has evolved into a widely anticipated fundraising event for the League to Save Lake Tahoe.

This sold-out event of over 550 guests was held at the Fritz estate on the lawn overlooking Lake Tahoe, featuring a sit-down luncheon underwritten by Diana Dollar Knowles, one of the founders of the original event, full scale fashion show of the Oscar de la Renta Resort collection, a live auction, and a backstage shopping opportunity after the show.
