New On-Property Garden at Eden Rock-St. Barths

The cuisine at the two restaurants at Eden Rock – St. Barths has always been fresh and inventive, but now the hotel has taken it a step further with the development of a brand new, on-property garden.

Growing several varieties of tomatoes, arugula, mint, and basil in the gardens, vegetable dishes and cocktails alike will be getting a breath of fresh air. Guests can enjoy a minty fresh Mojito Mandarine at The Sand Bar followed by a dinner at On The Rocks of fresh lobster salad with guacamole and straight-to-your table-cherry tomatoes, a variety of fresh salads, or a decadent plate of lasagna made with eggplant, ricotta, and freshly picked tomato and basil. Executive Chef Anne-Cécile uses the home-grown produce in her nightly creations and bartenders boast that you will be hard pressed to find a fresher mint cocktail.
