Haute Event: Garfield Park Conservatory Hosts Fleurotica Fashion Show 2011

Garfield Park Conservatory will be the home of the 3rd annual Fleurotica Fashion Show on Friday, March 25 from 6 to 10 p.m. Get ready for a show that will make jaws drop with the extravagent designs made entirely out of all flowers and plants. Guests will feel just like they are on a challenge episode of “Project Runway.” The catwalk will be surrounded by abundant plant life from the conservatory and guests will enjoy appetizers and cocktails throughout the night.

All of the proceeds from the event will go to the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance. They provide events, workshops, children’s activities, and community outreach to the people of Chicago and supports their wonderful botanical resources. The night will be sponsored by Aveda, Behind the Scenes Catering, Limelight Catering, Marcello’s, VeeV Spirits, Frost Special Event Lighting, and many more!
