Sundance VIP Luxury Lounge: Where the Celebrities Go

The annual Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah begins tomorrow, Jan. 20 and runs through Jan. 30. Actors, writers, producers, directors, critics, and the elite few who score tickets will head to the mountains and brave the snow for the ten-day film extravaganza.

Of course, Haute Living will be there. But not just anywhere–we’re setting up shop in the ultra-exclusive VIP Luxury Lounge at the Lodge. Thanks to Spyker Cars, the pimped-out lounge will be outfitted with chic display furniture evoking a unique sense of luxe one would expect from an exotic race car company..

Every day in the lounge, guests will have the opportunity to compete in the EmpireCLS / PopChips Popstar Challenge, the ultimate Rock Band 3 competition. Try your luck at Rock Band 3 against some of the original artists that made the songs famous. Contestants will have the privilege of playing on the not-yet-released revolutionary Fender RB3 Squier Stratocaster guitars that double as video game controllers.

As a special welcoming reception, on Saturday, Jan. 22, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m, Matt Sorum from Guns N’ Roses / Velvet Revolver will be hosting a private party in the lounge to promote his charity Global Sound Lodge, which aims to promote guitars instead of guns in wartorn countries.
