Drink Yourself Thin: RA Sushi Launches Skinny Cocktails
When the holidays are in full swing, the last thing on your mind might be the New Year’s resolutions that you’re going to make – and possibly break. But if you want to make things a little easier on yourself come 2011, pay a visit to RA Sushi for their latest cocktail creations, the skinny cocktails.
For a limited time, both Orange County RA Sushi locations will be offering low-calorie “skinny” cocktails so any overindulging at holiday parties can get a little bit of compensation. For people who need to maintain their willpower and self-control or just for those that want next year to be a bit easier on the waistline, these three classic cocktail remixes hit the spot.
Whether you’re a fan of Cosmopolitans, fresh and minty Mojitos or cool and refreshing Cucumber Margaritas (all pictured above), the master mixologists at RA Sushi have whittled them down below 200 calories and given them slenderized names. The Cosmo-teeny, Thin Mint Mojito and the Cucumber Slenderita all feature TY KU Soju and sugar-free sweeteners, so you can have a second without feeling guilty the next morning.
The trio of skinny sips will debut Dec. 15 and be available through Jan. 31, 2011 so you can keep those resolutions no matter which location you visit.
RA Sushi is located at 2401 Park Ave. at the District at Tustin Legacy, in Tustin and 155 5th St. in Huntington Beach. For more information, call the restaurant directly at 714.556.1700 or 714.536.6390 respectively, or visit the official web site at www.RAsushi.com.
