Haute Event: Vertu Launches Constellation Quest Smartphone

On Oct. 20, some of New York’s finest gathered at the Berry Hill Galleries in New York to help Vertu celebrate the launch of the highly anticipated Constellation Quest, the company’s first ever smartphone.

This hot new device features a sapphire crystal keypad, scratch-proof screen, and comes in stainless steel casing with black leather. Vertu users will also be afforded a highly secure “@vertu.me” email address and will enjoy special perks like the Vertu Concierge, Vertu Select and Vertu City Brief.

During the evening, Vertu announced singer/songwriter Seal as their first U.S.-based global brand ambassador. Other special guests included Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, who was dressed from head to toe in Christian (Dior dress and Louboutin shoes), Adrian Grenier from HBO’s Entourage, Vertu’s chief of design Frank Nuovo, the managing director of Vertu Americas Casey Gorman and the company’s president Perry Oosting.
