Looking to take your Thanksgiving outside the home? Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa Miami Beach invites South Floridians and guests to celebrate Thanksgiving at the Canyon Ranch Grill. Chef Giovanni Arias has prepared a savory and healthy Thanksgiving menu. On the menu: Delectable organic and all natural selections prepared by Chef Giovanni Arias, including roasted butternut squash soup to start followed by roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted sweet potatoes, whole-wheat bread stuffing, cranberry chutney and sautéed green beans. For dessert: Pumpkin pie.  All dishes promise to be low in calories, fat and sugar, but full of flavor. Sounds right up my alley! The prix-fixe menu is $35 per guest (tax and gratuity not included). Dinner is served 4 to 10 p.m. on November 25, 2010.
